HLF says no to DHAHC

In early October staff at the de Havilland Aircraft Heritage Centre at London Colney learned that their bid for £200,000 towards development costs from the Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF) had been refused. Further discussions with the HLF were due in late October to ascertain the best route for any future applications.
More than 30 former Mosquito crew were at London Colney for a fundraising print-signing session on October 4, attracting nearly 600 enthusiasts to the historic site.
